WHAT A WOW FOR ME

Ok...I haven't posted in a while, and just had to share this...I got on the scale today...and my weight is 169....Which means only 19 more pounds till I reach goal...and all this in just over 3 months....my highest weight was 227....58 pounds gone forever....Tonight I went shopping and found a great dress on sale for $9.00 size 12/14...I wore 22/24 before WLS...I just can't stop smiling....This has been the best thing I have ever done.... Wow AMY!!! You sure did that fast! And only 19 more pounds to go, I am also smiling for you, I know you will have a happier year this year, you are in my prayers, and I feel that I have been in some of yours ! Good luck with the last little bit, I know you have to look great, going from a 22/24 to a tiny 12/14 ! Good luck on the amazing buy for $9.00 ! Isn't it great to find cheap, cute things? Did any of you all every notice, you can't find a good bargain when you are in real big clothes, you have to either take it or not, and half the time I wouldn't even like it, but I would be arrested going around in the nude, it would probably be some kind of a felony! lol Leatha

Amy - that is wonderful. Keep up the good work. I too have 17 lbs to go to goal but I want to go even lower. It is really hard now that I am 7 months out. I used to live in Louisville so please pardon the intrusion. Liz
