josh is conscious and know he has medical issue doctor are trying to wean him off of the ventilator when not on it he is breathing on his own 100%but it is rapid still on dialysis every other day dcotor are optmistic his kidney are healing on his own as he put out more urine asking for prayer for his emotional state through all this as he has a long and hard raod ahead of him ila
