3 Month Post-Op Visit this Monday

Hi All, Sorry have been away from the boards for a while but with everything going on just been tardy in getting on here. We had a great trip at Christmas to suprise my mom and family for the first time in 3 years. Dee had an outpatient procedure done on the 19th of January and then just been busy at work. I have tried to sneak a peek to see how everyone is doing but haven't done that to well either. So again sorry about my absences. Hope everyone is doing well and having a great new year! Yes this Monday is my 3 month post-op appt with Dr. Steiner and I am not sure if I am ready for this visit. the last few times I have weighed I have been bouncing between 278 and 282 lbs which is great I think. That is a loss of somewhere around 83 to 87 lbs since my first visit to the surgery center and a total of 63 to 67 lbs since surgery. I think that is good but I worry I should have lost more by now. The funny thing is I keep telling Dee we just need slow and steady weight loss and we will reach our goals when it is time. I know that is the right answer, but you know we all want it right now!! Anyway just wanted to say Hi again and let you all know we are doing ok. Michael D

Hey Michael, I have my absences too lol. I'm a avid reader when I get into a new book u can't pull me away from it. Then when I get tired of reading I'm on here all the time. Congrats on the weight loss and give Dee our best! Hugs Ange

Gee Michael, I can't wait to have your problem. trying to figure out whether I have lost 80 or is it 90 lbs. Thats a problem I want. Your doing great keep it up. How's Dee doing? You mentioned outpatient service. Hope all is well.
