Hi Guys! I LOVE seafood! Here is a great one for Salmon that I use quite a bit! 12 ounces salmon filet in two or three peices 1 teaspoon creole seasoning 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 4 tablespoons butter (I have used the butter spray before for less fat and it works fine) 1 teaspoon or 2 cloves minced garlic.(I always use MORE garlic. I love it) Sprinkle the skinless side of the salmon with the creole seasoning and the thyme. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet over medium low heat and add the salmon skin side down. cook 4 to 5 minutes per side turning carefully. Remove the salmon from the skillet and place skin side down on your serving dish. Stir the remaining garlic into the butter in the pan. Cook for just a minute or two and then scrape all the garlic and butter over the salmon and serve. Assuming 2 servings each serving will have 2 grams of carbs, and 35 grams of protein. Give me some feed back guys! IS there a recipe for something in particular you would like to see? I am not kidding when I say I have TONS of them. Most are pretty easy to modify to wls friendly meals. I got this off the internet somewhere. Not even sure where.

Hey, I have a ton of shrimp ones too. I will get some posted asap. I go back to Dr today at 1:00. I am still hurting and all that good stuff. Not been able to get in alot of fluids, let alone eat. We will see what happens today! I will be sure to post the stages (if I can remember them). My dr did not say alot about phase one or two..he just said..you can have soft foods...you can have solid foods etc.I remember reading about them though..lol.
