Recipe of the day! Shrimp!
1 pound of large shrimp, shelled
1/4 cup of oil (I use canola, but vegetable is fine)
4 teaspoons paprika
4 teaspoons of chilli garlic paste
4 cloves of crushed garlic
Saute your shrimp in the oil until done. You will know your shrimp are done when they turn pink and the tail curls in toward the top of the shrimp.
Sprinkle the paprika over the shrimp and stir in the garlic chilli paste and the garlic. Cook for another minute or so and serve.
Each serving has 290 calories, 20g of fat 26 gram of protein 4 grams of carbs. I think this would be okay for the soft food stage. I was allowed shrimp and fish at that stage. I THINK this is stage two. However, if in doubt please consult your NUT.
