My 1-Week Post-Op Visit!

I'm so happy I had to update!!! Yesterday I had my 1 week post-op visit with Dr. Steiner. I got my staples taken out and he was really happy with my progress so far. I just have little sterile bandage strips over my incisions now, and I feel soooo much better. Now for my GREAT news... I've lost 20.9 lbs in one week!!! My jaw almost hit the floor. Add that to my 12.5 lb loss before surgery, and I've lost over 30 lbs this month! I could not be more excited about it all. I feel completely vindicated now and I look so forward to losing more. I'm on my way!

Congrats!!! Its an amazing feeling isnt it. I lost 18 lbs my first week.... you are doing great girl! Keep it up. Sarah
