Hey everyone nothing drastic with Mimi she is losing and doing great. Her skinny jeans are now too big. Her husband fell yesterday and broke his hip, yes his hip. He is 38 years old. So see it can happen to anyone. Things are still up in the air. He had surgery this morning and who knows how long he will be off work. This man is hardest working person I have ever met. He works so much and of course its hard physical labor and in his spare time he refs football and basketball games. So I guess I will not only be watching her kids but now helping her husband. He is a good guy. Hope everyone is doing good. I miss the chit chat we use to get going. Lives are so busy. I am staying about the same in weight. Nothing happening here. Amy is doing wonderful and Sarah, well I am really proud of her. Jane

Yeah Jane I heard yesterday about his fall. That must have been one hell of a fall for a healthy person to break a hip. Any idea of the recovery time for him. WIll he be in a wheelchair or crutches. I claim ignorance here. If wheelchair do they need a wheelchair ramp constructed to help get him in and out of the house? If so maybe we could get a group together to build one. OF course I will be a little tender but would volunteer to help anyway.

Your a sweetheart. I think they are talking crutches and you are going to be way too busy to think about anyone else right now. I know you are so excited and I will have you in my thoughts all day Monday. Jane

Hey Jane, will send prayers they're way. Boy, do I know what its like to have a hubby hurt, home and off work for awhile. Its not easy. I'd rather be hurt myself than have Adam or the kids hurt. Wish I lived closer so I could help u out with the kids. I'm a master babysitter lol. I think thats what my teenage years were made up of. 3 younger brothers, loads of cousins, and I've done alot of babysitting since Adam and I got together. Hope things work out ok for them. Sorry I haven't been on lately. I'm fighting a bladder infection or kidney infection. Not sure which yet but Adam has finally worn me down and is making me go to my pcp tomorrow afternoon. I feel like I need to pee all the time. I can't lay down at night without feeling like I need to go. I go alot durning the night and I've gained 5 pounds in the last week. Not sure if its water weight or what. I'm not eating more or eating stuff I don't need too so I hope that 5 pounds is something to do with this pee situation lol. I guess we'll figure it out tomorrow. Give Mimi and family my best! Hugs Ange

Hey everyone Thanks for the well wishes. Chris is doing ok. He is still in the hospital. Hopefully, he will come home today or tomorrow. It was just a fluke really. The doctor said that he probably had some strain on that hip to begin with...he had been having pain there and walking on crutches off and on....when he slipped, he caught himself on that bad leg and it just snapped. It is unusual for a young person to break their hip that way. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Thank you Mimi
