update 8 months

i have lost 102 pounds went from 228 to 126 pounds i fell like crap last 2 weeks i cant go to the bathroom without a poop pill i have no energy most days i cant wait to summer gets here so i can get out side and get my ass off the couch other then that im doing ok tina

Congrats on the 102 gone, I'm ready for summer too! I'd much rather walk in the heat than this cold ass weather. Take care.
