Question for 1 year+ post ops

Hey all, Just wondering for those of you that are over a year out, how much did you lose after your one year out? I know the time frame to still lose is about 12-24 months, So if your that far out how much did you lose after the first year and how long did you lose? I'm coming up on a year out and hoping to lose just a few more pounds before my body finally gets adjusted. Thanks!

Hi Tony, I'll be 2 yrs out this March 24. It took me a year to get to my surgeons goal of 165 and since then I've been maintaining around 157 to 160 depending on what time of the month it is but u shouldn't have that problem lol. My dr doesn't want me to lose anymore so after I hit 157 I started maintence phase. U r looking great by the way.

Hey Tony. I am 16 mths out and I have stayed the same weight since Oct at my one year check up. Yea I go up a few pounds and down a few but I stay around 155 and believe me I am thrilled with that. I did hit 149 for maybe 3 days but that was back in Oct when I was sick. You know you guys, Men, are diffrent. You will lose I'm sure for many months. I just hit goal and my body knew to stop. I really watch what I eat and try to make good choices but I am not perfect. I do mess up a lot and don't eat some days until afternoon. That is the worst. Keep up the good work you look so nice. Hi Tony I was just passing thru the KY Board and thought I recognized your face but I wasn't sure til I looked at your pics on your profile. I think you use to visit the Single's Board a couple times... I had to tell you that YOU look wonderful.. God love ya.. I know you must feel awesome!! Anywho.. keep up the fantastic work.. those last few pounds will come off but will just be slooower.. and then you'll have to watch to make sure you don't start finding them again it's an endless battle.. hugsss Rhonda

well get over there and visit US.. you're allowed to BOARD hop and if you are really interested... we are all going to the smokies again in March *next month*.. you can climb on board... it will definitely be a good time. There is a post about Gatlinburg with all the details on the top of the board. I think it's averaging about $100 for lodging for the entire weekend.. some are coming in on Thursday and leaving Sunday or Monday.. and then money for whatever else you might want/need. hugssss and have a good evening Rhonda
