hi gang

well here's my first postop post. Sarah kinda sugarcoated it a bit. I just got out of ICU about three hours ago. I am having some pain around the incisions, but that is t.o be expected. The doctor seems to think my body just didn't react to the stress of surgery that well. I had to have about 5-6 units of blood. My BP was really high along with my blood sugar. It has taken a few days but we have it undercontrol. The doctor thinks I should get to home on saturday. thank god as i can't stand watching any more school closings or any more anna nichole smith stories

Congrats on being a post-op, Buddha. I hate that you've had a few problems. The good news is, the pay-off is yet to come. Hopefully this will all be a distant memory soon, and you will be losing serious pounds!

So sorry to hear of the prolbems your having!!!! Hope your feeling better soon. You will be like all the rest and say it was worth it in the end. I will keep you in my prayers. It sorta scares me about what you have been through.
