Hello I have been away for a long time and just wanted to drop a line to everyone.Hope you all are great!I have leveled out at 163 pounds ,which is 157 pounds lost.I say this all the time but this surgery saved and changed my life.Good luck to everyone on thier journeys.If I can ever be any help to anyone please email me.May God bless you and keep you.
