Hi gang! Sorry I have been mia, just can't motivate myself to type lately. But I am working on it. I seem to be doing okay. I am enjoying the soups, puddings, jellos and popsicles. All sugarfree of course. I even tried the pureed cottage cheese, which was nowhere as disgusting as it first sounded, but I got the foamies. probably ate that to fast.Since coming home I have slept, walked around the house and go up and down the stairs for my exercise so far. Oh yeah when resting I usually can be found staring at the tube watching shows on Food network. But not feeling hungry. My mom and I went to Meijer yesterday and I walked around there for a while until the stomache started to bother me. Oh well back to the heating pad. So I am around don't worry. I am probably doing something other than typing but I will be better about as my stomache improves.

Hey Buddha, glad you feel well enough to post. I was a mess for a couple of weeks after my surgery. My stomach was so sore and the fomies were awful. Good news is that to will pass. When you see the scale going down and you get over the "what have I done to myself now" Life will be great. Welcome to the loser bench.

((((((((((Ryan))))))))))) I am soooooo glad that you made it home safely and doing well. I have been thinking of you and a worried too, but it's real good to see you posting! I watched the food network too when I got home from surgery!! While I wasn't physically hungry, I certainly had the head hunger going on and it turned on me big time! I was crying for 2 solid days that I couldn't eat real food and as much as I want. You'd have thought I was grieving for a relative that was lost or something, but no, it was for a sandwich from Wendys. The stomach pain will pass and soon it will itch! You're doing so well and I'm real happy to see you posting, even if just a bit. You take care and post when you can! Dee

Hey Mr Ryan, Glad to see you posted. These first few weeks are hell but its kind of like having a baby. You forget all about pain once the weight starts dropping, you feel like a normal person and you get some much needed sleep. Take care. Love Jane
