My two week checkup

I saw Dr Tom today for my two week checkup. I'm down 31 pounds! My incisions are healing quite nicely and I'm on to the stage four "pureed" diet for the next week. Woo! Keep your fingers crossed. I go back in 2 weeks again. Kat

Congratulations on your loss Kat! It's a wonderful feeling seeing the numbers go down on a scale! I remember when Mike and I were finally able to buy a scale from Wal Mart, yes Wal Mart! We hadn't been able to do that since we've been together. It's going to go real fast and you'll be amazed at the changes! Congratulations again-- Dee
