Hey friends, Today is my big day, Finally 1 year out. I can't believe it's went by so quick! I seen Dr Nease today and had some Lab work done, so hopefully my Iron will be back to normal. But anyway here's the stats. Highest weight: 510 Day of Surgery: 469 Today: 275 My Goal: 265 total loss for 1 year: 194 Grand total since Oct 05: 235 This is the best I've ever felt in my life, I just want to thank those that helped me along the way over the past year. This a great board with alot of great people. Take care all.

Hey Honey! I think you've done really amazing. It's so funny - 'cause many times when we've weighed you've thought you didn't lose anything and ended up losing lots. lol. I know you really want those last 10 lbs off but even if they don't come off look how far you've came. I'm proud of you. Katrina

Tony, I hope it goes that good for me. I seen you post before. I wanted to know if you live in Prestonsburg. I Live in Pikeville it refreshing to know that someone with similar cir****tances lives close to me. I am struggling with Low Iron. I am eating better these days as far as real food although it worries me that I may not be losing as much as I should. Any suggestions or comments.
