Has Your Hunger Come Back?
These are great responses and I appreciate everyone participating. I agree that it's sometimes difficult to tell the difference between head hunger and actual hunger, but it *is* becoming easier to do so.
I envy those whom say they don't feel the hunger pains. But then again, perhaps that would be a bad curse rather than something good. We need to eat and not eating is just as bad as over eating.
I think the most important thing that I've applied into my life is a timed schedule of food intake. I am training my body when it's time to eat by having regularly scheduled eating times. I've noticed that by doing this, I am do not have hunger pains. When I stray from schedule, I tend to eat more or have those hungry days more.
It's difficult sometimes to do everything that is expected of us, protein, vitamins, and food intake. It can be overwhelming, but the rewards are phenomenal when you think about it.
Thank you everyone for sharing your stories.
