Bariatric Health Fair?

I heard something about a Bariatric Health Fair that was going to be held at St. Luke Hospital. Anyone know if that's true?

Yeah I thought I heard something the other day, but I'm still looking for information. I do believe I heard something about the Hilton, which is across the street from St. Luke. I wonder if they want us losers there......

ok it's an all day event on the 14th (Saturday) at the Hilton.. Open to the public for pre and post ops. It will evidently be a good session for those searching out information on WLS. I called the hospital and this is the Number I was given...you need to preregistered because of limited seating. I was also told that Dr. Sonnanstine and his staff will be conducting the classes. 513-585-2273

Damn! I am supposed to work that night. I will need to find out some more info so I see what I can attend that day. It's open to the public... how about costs? It sounds interesting so far.

Hey Ryan, I just figured out they have this added to Dr. Sonnanstine (Dr. Tom's) event site. on the left of this page click on Bariatric Surgeons click on Dr. Sonnanstine then look under his pic and name for events and meetings ..look for the date April 14th..there is information about the event. let me know if you have trouble finding it..says here it's free to the public but you have to register ahead of time because of space. let me know if you are going, maybe I will show up too.

It sounds like there's going to be a lot of great info.......and I'm all for trying to win a door prize! And Ryan....Brenda's right.....that's what vacation days are for!!
