I have a question

i drink body fortress usually two shakes a day, and one nectar drink (usually cappuchino in my coffe) to get my protein in. I sometimes have a protein bar for breakfast or lunch as well. My question is do we count the calories from our drinks as well? I am a bit confused!!!! Miranda

Not sure on what we're supposed to do but I count cals for anything that goes in my mouth. Ange

I think in the beginning that it's more important to get your protein in. Protein will give you the energy you need to burn off the calories & help your weight loss & your hair. If your diabetic, watch your sugar. Maybe you should call your Dr. to make sure.
