Help finding someone....

I met this lady in my pre-op class...we ended up having surgery the same day at King's Daughters in Ashland. My DH told me he saw her and spoke with her and Dr. Wheeler was doing her after me...she had an open revision RNY ....she was in room A135 ...I spoke wth her a couple of times when I was out walking in the hallway and her door was open...she said she wasn't doing well, she was having a lot of pain, and her kidneys were shutting down. Early on my day of discharge while I was waiting to go home, I went down to say good bye to her and wish her well...her room was empty...I asked if she had went home and was told that "she went bad and was transferred to ICU" the nurse would not tell me her name because of HIPPA...if anyone knows of this lady please contact me, both me and DH have been wondering about her and I have been worried.
