Somerset support group??????

My daughter and I are looking for a support group in the somerset area.We had heard at church there is an active one here.Anyone have any info ,it would be appreciated. Thanks Beth

Hi Beth! Some of the patients have a "get together" meeting in Somerset about once a month at the King Buffet. Anita Whitson usually emails everyone on her list and gives them the days and times. Hey Everyone Anita wrote me back about the support group.Most the people have lap band ,but I believe some have gastric bypass.It should be alot of fun hope everyone can come.It is at 6:30PM on Monday the 19th at King Buffet. Hope to see you there. Beth

I am also looking for a support group for bypasers. I missed the one on the 19th. How was it? I was thinking of startting one if the king buffet did not work out, what do you think? I am only 3 weeks out and have lost 48 lbs. I live in somerset and have a few places we could meet. Let me know thank you vonnie
