Somerset support group

Hey Everyone Anita wrote me back about the support group.Most the people have lap band ,but I believe some have gastric bypass.It should be alot of fun hope everyone can come.It is at 6:30PM on Monday the 19th at King Buffet. Hope to see you there. Beth

I would love to, but Monday the 19th (afternoon) is my appointment with Dr. Steiner! I will catch up with you guys another time, though, I guess. Have fun.

Hey, just wanted to know how often this support group meets? And who does the support group? Is anyone welcome to come (even if they are not affiliated with the surgeon in that area??) Would love to come after my surgery (next week) to the next meeting!! that would be great to have a meeting that close to home!! JUst wondering?? any info would be great!!!!

Hello, This will be my first meeting as well,but I think they meet once a month.Anyone is welcome the majority are people with lap bands,But some have gastric bypass.My daughter and I have the bypass,and we both have different doctors from diffrent areas.I think it would be great to see you there after your surgery.We definataly will know what you are going through , and sometimes that can be priceless. If you need anything, to talk or to ask a question do not hesitate to email us directly.This has been a wonderful journey ,but contrary to some of the sugerys detractors it is a tough and sometimes hard journey.
