Thanks Sharee but i cant go by those rules,i dump on fat and sugar. I have met with the nut and she said just do the boost and cyto gainer and do 160 carbs a day,i still have to walk and get out and run,i had this surgery to get healthy and i was told that a skinny body can be unhealthy so that why i dont wanna put junk back in my system,i love protein now before sugar,but see that my choice and i dont wanna become a 255lbs pie binger like before lol,but i have tried pop and man that not a good way. But i willjust have to learn the trick my body needs and wheni fond it lol i will post it...........thanks for your support and i wish i could say what i need but it will come my way soon........................thanks vickie
