I found this on the web and I am really enjoying reading alot about alot of protein products out there. Also it has resturant info. I hope some of you all find it helpful as well. Oh I forgot this site as well this is a printable sheet with protein amounts listed for certain foods and the second sheet on that page is a printable weekly chart to track your protein that you can print that looks very helpful. ................. Charolette
