Great dessert recipe stage 3+
Here is a great, protein-packed recipe for those that are stage 3 +...I made it last night and it is soooo good!
2 small boxes of sugar-free lime jello
1 large container of low fat, small curd cottage cheese, fat free or 1%
1 regular size container of cool whip lite
1 large can mandarin oranges (drained and syrup rinsed off)
*you can also add unflavored protein powder for even more protein
Mix all ingredients together, place in 16x9 oblong glass dish and refridgerate overnight. Makes a light and delicious dessert.
