one month post op dr visit

I had my 4 week post op today with Dr Steiner. To date I have lost 38 pounds. I tried on a jacket today that I was given as gift by my son's school in Feb. To my delight it fit. In Feb I could not even get it on. I am so excited. SO blessed.

I had my surgery by Dr. Steiner on 3-2-07. To date I have lost 33lbs. It feels awesome doesn't it? That's so neat we were in the hospital at the same time but don't remember seeing you. How are you tolerating food and protein? I seem to be doing pretty good except lately I have been having difficulty swallowing my vitamins so I switched to chewables. Ihad a couple of episode where they actually got stuck in my stomach causing severe nausea and spasms not a good feeling. After about 5 mins it resolved once it dissolved.
