exercise....
Hi Tiffany..good to see you here again!
I did tons of walking at first, I think it all depends on how comfortable you are with exercise at this stage. My first step was curves, I get bored easily so I moved up to Gold's gym and took on a personal trainer. I loved it for awhile but I work so much that I would find myself not going as often as I did curves which was right up the street, so I suggest finding something fun and convenient.
I stepped up my walking to the bike trails in Loveland, then rode a bike some..but that hurt my butt..lol
anyway, now I am doing jazzercise and I love it!!!! I am worn out at the end but have had so much fun...I still walk on nice days ..I try to do some type of exercise at least 4 days a week..good luck

Ryan come to Silverlake instead of the Y... there are several WLS people here.
