Looking for Motel by Norton Hospital, Louisville
I am going to my psych and nutri eval. next thursday. I live in Somerset and it takes around 3 hours to get there. My appt. is at 8:30 am. I would like to get a motel room on Wed. so my daughter and I wont have to leave so early. Does anybody have any information that they could help me with? I have looked on the internet and most of the hotels around there are anywhere from 100 to 200 a night. I dont want to spend that much for just one night. If you know of any please let me know. My appt. is at the Norton Pavillion, (I think thats what it is called). It is at 315 E. Broadway.
Thanks
Cindy
I don't know why I was thinking Dr Shina was your dr. Sorry, I had pointed u out to the hotels over by Suburban. I went to Nortons Suburban off the waterson and breckinridge lane. Thats where Dr Shina operates and all of my pre ops were done over in that vicinity(sp?). Sorry. Wish u the best finding a hotel downtown, especially with Thunder Over Louisville. What towns are u going thru to get to Louisville? Etown or Shepherdsville either one will have hotels off I 65. Etown is exit 94 and Shep is exit 117.
Good luck and let me know how your appts go!
Hey Angela, Dr. Shina is my doctor. They just sent me to Norton Pavillion for my psyc and nutri evaluation. I live in Somerset so I will go through Daniville, Lawerenceburg. Then I will be getting on I-65 then I take the Jefferson exit off to downtown. I have heard that the downtown is really bad so I want to get one that is near. Any suggestions? I am so bad at directions, but I think I have been getting better.
I just dont want to have to get up at 4:30 in the morning to go to louisville.
Thanks
Cindy

When i have had to go to a downtown hospital, kosairs, (i think that is next to where you are going), I have stayed at Motel 6 at exit 117 Shepardsville. even with stuff going on I have never paid more than 48. not fancy but clean and it only takes about twenty minutes to get from there on dowtown to the hospital.
