HAPPY ON YEAR TO ME

as I get up & moving this am for work I thought to myself today is a special day ,it is my 1 year ANNIVERSARY : I am so happy I would do it over again ,the surgery saved my life I am meds free was on 5 diff kinds of meds & sleep app but nothing now I would just like to say so many prayers & thoughts came my way last year thank you LCBB (my support group ) for being there every step of the way & the April board I have made so many life time friends& some new ones on the KY board I can not wait to see what next year holds for me ,THERE IS GOING TO BE ALOT OF CHANGES COMMING UP WE ARE MOVING TO KY starting our lives all over again my hubby retires from the U.S.A.F. So say a big prayer for us I need 20 to my goal I started out at 256 well really 286 lost some before surgery & I weigh 160 now I never wore jeans before now I wear a 12 some 10's was wearing a 2xl & some 3 xl shirts now a med to a L . THANK YOU ALL & Happy Anniversary to me

Congratulations on your anniversary and your husband's retirement. I hope you will enjoy your new life in Kentucky. To what part of the state are you going to be relocating? Kentucky is a very diverse state and depending on the region, you will be enchanted by different things. I'm a western Kentucky girl, but went to school at Eastern Ky. University and spent a year one summer in the Corbin area....Kathy

Congratulation. This is a BIG day. Treat yourself to a new outfit. I wanted to take a cruise but that didn't happen. Oh well my 2nd anniversary is October, maybe then. You'll make goal. Can you imagine trying to do all this hard work at 286. Isn't life great now that we are normal and can move. I wish you and your husband well. I have lived in Kentucky all my life and can't think of anyother place else to live. You take care Jane
