Looking for some input
I eat in the mornings. I usually have something light, such as cottage cheese and fruit. If my hubby is home, we'll do an egg scramble. (it's veggies/meat/cheese made with one egg)
I've also have taken deli ham and a slice of swiss, making a couple of roll ups.
Those are a few that we are doing. Of course, like Rebecca posted, shakes are good in the mornings too.

I usually have low carb hot chocolate with protein mixed in and vitamins. That about fills me up. However, a few times I have had a little oatmeal with splenda which was very good. Turkey bacon fixed very crisp is good. Its good crumbled up on scramled egg too. I once got the mini pancakes that are about the size of a silver dollar, and used crispy turkey bacon between two of them for a little bacon sandwich. I could only eat about half of it and really just nibbled on it, but it was pretty good. A few times I have eaten about a third of a toasted crumpet with margarine. It has no value but tasted pretty good. Good luck on your breakfast quest!

I am not a morning eating person either so this has been a challenge. I will make a shake and work on it for an hour or so.
Cottage cheese is pretty easy to handle in the morning, especially with alittle fresh fruit.
