Well, The Test Results Keep Rolling IN

Well today I got a new dx of asthma from the pulmonary dr. Have to undergo another sleep study (not recommending any surgery until this is done and I get put on a c-pap machine). Results from the scopes yesterday are: Grade 1 internal hemorrhoids, Diverticulosis of the transverse colon, descending colon & sigmoid colon, Large hiatal hernia, Grade 2 esophagitis in the lower third of the esophagus. I feel like *@%%* today. I threw up while at the pulmonary dr's this morning. I see Dr. Allen tomorrow and I have a feeling he is now going to say the lap-band only due to all the stomach problems I have (if he even says that now). Anyone have the above diagnoses and still have the surgery? I am really feeling down today, I have cried all morning - just have not felt good today. Blessings to all. Janice

Hang in there! I had asthma and hemmorhoids (stage 3), a very large hernia and still had the RNY. Just rest and wait until you talk to the doctor again. I am also still on a cpap machine. I will probably end up on it forever (I snored way back before I ever got heavy so I don't expect that to change)
