hey all close to Somerset!!!!!!!

I may have great news!!!!!!!!!! I am working on getting all the paperwork together to turn in to the local YMCA to start weight loss support group. We will meet once a month. I am not 100% sure about all the details, but I am very excited to have a support group close. I just think this is a great opportunity. I need your advice...I would like to have this support group open to all who would like to come, WLS surgery or not, What do you all think. Miranda

Hey Miranda... it's Cathe.... I think it would be great especially if they have childcare. Keep us posted. Also, can you send me the recipe for those protein balls you make. I am having a horrible time finding a protein replacement. Any thoughts anyone? cathe
