What A *&%##@@ Day At Dr. Allens Office!!!

Boy, this has not been a good week for me. I get to Dr. Allens office today, someone "forgot" to put me in the computer for my appointment today. They finally decided to go ahead and see me. My pcp's office has not sent "1" test result to them that they told me they would fax two weeks ago!!! Then Dr. Allen tells me they are now scheduling surgeries for July, August and September!!! I don't even have all my paperwork in yet. I told him I was starting nursing school 8/20 and have to have the surgery before then. He said maybe someone would cancel! Ha!! Who is going to cancel their surgery after waiting so long to have it????? On a positive note, I can has the gastric bypass, no problem - whenever I get to have it. I am so bummed out and fed up - I hate going behind everyone and doing their job which they are getting paid to do. Sorry for the rants and raves - I am just getting so -----well, I can't even think of what I am getting anymore.

WOW Janice, glad that they seen you. I'm going to Dr Allen too, sent in all the paperwork three weeks ago, still waiting for a call for an appointment. Sure hope that I don't go though what you did with not being in the computer as I have a three hour drive just to get there.
