I would like to find a potein bar I like to eat for breakfast. I looked at some other boards and found some of the people talking about net carbs. Do we count the carbs as a total, or net carbs? Also do you have any recommendations? Thanks a Million Miranda

Hey Miranda...I personally am a big fan of pure protein products. They can be pricy but we are worth it! I eat the chocolate peanutbutter bars (20protein, 17carbs, 2 sugar) and drink the shake that comes pre mixed...cookies n cream is my favorite(35protein, 0 carbs or sugar). The bars you can get at wal mart, they also have adkins bars with a good amount of protein too that are good. The shakes I get from GNC, they are 11oz cans, $3 a pop, but worth it. On mornings when I don't feel like solids I drink Protidiet hot chocolate...it is awesome..15 protein. Hope this helps!

I like the atkins Advantage breakfast bars. The cranberry almond and mixed berry are my faves.
