Good Morning, Kentucky Board!

ok mind you two whippersnappers that I am only 34. Ten years ago i was talking with my then 13 yo nephew and 12 yo niece of the family, when we got to talking about radios. I told then how my mom and dad gave me a stereo when I 8 and how I thought I was hot sh$% because I had a record player with am/fm, 8 tract and cassette. With total innocence on their face they looked at me and asked what an 8 tract was, God did I feel old then.

What the heck is tool? Is that the name of a guy, band??? I'm 30 and I have no clue. I'm more of a southern gospel, country and some southern rock type of music lol.

Alright, you had me so confused over the day that I forgot to go to sleep and now it is really the actual Friday morning, albeit barely past midnight..... Gotta make a comment about Dr. S and his favorite group.... TOOL??? OMG, does he listen to that during surgery??? Talk about making your insides jump.... Sorry Ange, that certainly doesn't fit into any of your criteria, unless you like mind numbing metal with screaming lyrics.... I'm still young and listen to all kinds of new music (just no Rap or Country). But my kids think I'm old. I was looking through some boxes in my utility room and came across some albums and cassettes.... They were intrigued that those actually had music on them! Ok, I'm going to bed because I don't care what ya'll say.... It's still my Thursday!
