Only on one condition: If we go to a park that allows dogs, Scrappy gets to come too. He and the poodles can be friends. (note: friends, not snacks, not lunch meat, etc)

But, but, they taste like chicken. Scrappy says whatever as long as he can go to the park and meet more people and MARK more trees. Tell the girls to bring their Rollerblades and he'll pull them around. Maybe at least be able to keep up with him.
