?? for those of you who used G-town Bariatric

I wanted to ask how long it took between the time insurance approved you and the call to make an appointment to see the surgeon. It has taken me almost a year (just liked a few weeks) to get approved and now I can't seem to get a call for an appointment. I have left voice mails for the person who schedules the pre-op visits for the 4th week in a row, with no response yet. I have waited for so long for this to happen and now it seems it will be forever (not really, but you guys know how it is when you're waiting****il I'll get this ball rolling. I wanted to have my surgery around the first of July. I need to do it this summer because I'm out of school for now, I go to school and work full time, and I'm afraid I won't feel the best after surgery so I want a time when I can just be home. How long did it take you guys to have surgery after seeing the doc? Maybe I need to learn to have some patience :) !!

I would go to the doctor's office in person to scheule the surgery!!

I can't do that, I live about 2 hours away, or I would go and speak to them.

Call back and ask to speak to someone in charge and explain your situation. I am sure there is someone there who can help.
