What did you all do today?

I know on some of the other boards they post their daily numbers and some say it really helps stay on track....so I thought we could try!!!!! Today  B- TBS PB with tsp of sf grape jelly...no bread S- 3 Prunes L- about 3 oz italian chxn, 2 brussell sprouts with cheese S- about 2 oz steak, TBSP of mashed potatoe salad (kinda bad I know), less than a 1/4 cup green beans I also got in 68 oz of fluid, included in those numbers is 2 protein drinks. Got in all vitamins!!!!!!!!!!! No exercise today, but yesterday I know that I could not make it to gym today so I did 30 minutes of weights, and 11.8 miles on the bike, on a level 8.  So I do not feel to guilty about not getting a workout today What did yall do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Miranda! I'm having trouble remembering what I had for breakfast this morning let alone what  I had all day yesterday!        But I know I got in over 70 grams of protein and 75oz of water.  My exercise yesterday was with my walking buddies at work while on break.  We spend so much time gossiping that it doesn't feel like exercise!  Although I've started setting the pace for our walks because I found that they were walking too SLOW for me.      And then of course I got in my vitamins before I fell into bed last night.  I think  I was asleep before my head hit the pillow!

I think the idea behind posting the menu for today is planning. You need to plan your meals for the day. It keeps us on track. That is why we do it on the PA board.
