9 Months and 202 Pounds Gone!

Hello everybody.  It's been a while since I posted and thought I would update you guys on my progress.  It has been 9 months since my surgery and I am down 202 pounds.  Started at 458 and am currently 256.  Just six pounds from my surgeons goal and only 31 from mine.  Have also lost 18 inches on my waistline.  Down to a 38 from a 56 and actually got into a pair of 36's the other day though they are still a bit too snug.   Steve
