Had a GREAT NIGHT!!!!!!!!

WENT TO A CHURCH FEVTIVAL TONIGHT.  I'M 20 MTHS OUT.  WE GO TO THIS FESTIVAL EVERY YEAR.  BEFORE WLS RICK WOULD DROP ME OFF GO PARK AND THEN FIND US.  WE WOULD STAY ABOUT AN HOUR WHICH WAS AS LONG AS I COULD TOLERATE WALKING DUE TO SEVERE BACK PAIN.  THIS YEAR WE WALKED TO THE FESTIVAL, STAYED FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND THEN WALKED HOME.  WE HAD SO MUCH FUN.  MIMI AND HER FAMILY WAS THERE.  I RAN INTO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T KNOW ME. IT COOL BECAUSE IF YOU SEE SOMEONE YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK TO NO BIG DEAL, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ITS ME.  ANYWAY JUST WANTED TO SHARE. JANE

Jane, you crack me up! I bet you're a hoot to know in person. I'm glad that you had a good time. It's great to be able to do, rather than *want* to do. Mike and I went on a camping trip this last week and I was so happy to be able to do all of the things we wanted to do. It's just a wonderful feeling; ain't it? Take care Dee

I am amazed at how long I can walk around now and how easily I am tolerating the heat. We had a church festival this Saturday and I was outside all afternoon. Sherryl

We were at St. Henry's fesitval this weekend.  Is that the one you were at?  It's weird.  I use to stay so hot.  Even in the house I was hot.  Now in the evening I go out and sit on the porch because I am cold.  I can walk and do so much.  Its so exciting but I guess this is what normal feels like. Jane 

We were at Summit Church of Christ in Cold Springs. It was a small event but lots of fun. My 10yr old won the pie eating contest!
