Used CPAP machine

I have no clue if this is allowed to be done, if it's illegal or what; I've checked on Ebay for these and they don't allow the sale of them. Just wondering if anyone would be interested, or know anyone that would be interested in buying my CPAP machine? It's a Respironics REMstar with the humidifier. I've had the machine itself for about 5 years but I rarely ever used it. It has a new mask and all new tubing, extra filter, and carry case. I haven't needed it for a long time and it's just sitting there. Figured someone might be able to get some use out of it! Anyone have any questions, or anything, just send me a message!
