Called and left a voice mail! Can't wait! I sooo need this... I am at the 203 mark............ can I? will I? break into the 100 pounder range before my 1 yr mark???? I originally wanted to be at 170 on my 1 yr, but 200 lbs in 12 months is probably pushing it, so if I get under 200 lbs in weight I will have met the goal of Dr Tom. The 170 was my goal before having plastics so I will continue to work towards it over the next 6 months. It is so hard to believe that it has been almost 1 yr since my RNY. 370/203/??
