Bari Boot Camp?

I am supposed to meet surgeon and go to Bari Boot Camp on Aug 15th... surgery has been moved up to Aug 21st.  I feel i am just sitting here now waiting and not knowing what to expect from this point on.  Anyone who has used SJE, can you please tell me  what to expect at this point from Bari  Boot Camp and the road from here. 

when i went i seen thr dr they took bloodwork and gave u the time to be at the hospital and then u go to the boot camp and they give a speech and u get a binder full of information  hope that helps some

It's not as bad as it sounds. Basically everyone who is scheduled to have surgery in a certian time periods gets together and they go over FAQ's etc. There is a binder of info they give you along with your surgery pass that comes in very helpful. They give some samples away of shakes etc as well. They suggested to us that we bring someone along to the boot camp, who may be helping to care for us etc after surgery so they know exactly whats going on as well. My mother went with me and found it very informative.

Thanks for your help... i was wondering if i could/should take my husband.  He is very nervous about the surgery and was hoping this would alleviate some of his fears, too.
