Central States/Teamcare Insurance

Does anyone have central states health and welfare fund insurance? What kind of luck have you had with them. Also known as teamcare.

We have it. The surgery is an excluded item on the policy. They would not even consider it. Go online and look at the policy. There is a page on excluded items.  Your policy could be different than mine. My hubby pulls for USF Holland. You may be covered under a different policy with the teamsters.
