Hi  My name is Judy. I am new here but have been a member on the Georgetown Bariatrics for 6 mos. I have been going thru their procedure since Feb.2, 2007. I was just recently rejected by the surgeon. I have asthma and he didnt want to take a chance on me. I am trying to find a good dr. in Lexington to do the surgery. Can anyone help me? Judy

Dr.Josh Steiner at Saint joe east bariatrics.....................he is a wonderful man and they will take you through it all.I did not have my surgery through him but i no he is a great surgeon and he saved me life when i had blockages...................so give then a call.......1-859-967-5520 and there are 2 other docs also in woth them.                          Vickie

Thank You Vickie.  I have received another recommendation for Steiner from a nurse and heard negatives about Neighbert. Looks like you have lost well, according to your changing picture. How do you do that?? LOL Anyway, i'm going to a seminar at St. Joe's East this monday, Aug 27.  The receptionist told me that the dr's will be there so I hope to talk to him. Where do you live? I'm going to a seminar at St. Joe's East of Lexington on monday so If that doesnt work out then I will go to Louisville. Trouble is, Louisville is 2 1/2 hrs away and Lex. is only 1 hr. Thanks for the support. Judy
