This sounds like late dumping syndrome. There is early and late dumping and basically the late dumping is a low blood sugar following a meal too high in carbs/sugars. The high carb sugar/ meal causes a sudden rise in blood sugar and then a quick release of insulin.  Once this happens there is a rebound effect and the blood sugar goes really low. I was doing this for months and we had no idea why.  I began journaling my food intake and after 2 months it was clear what was happening.  Once I figured out the problem and changed my diet around I have had no more low blood sugars, and I was usually dropping into 36-40 range and passing out as well.
