Looking for advice on plastic surgeons in Kentucky

Hi, everyone!  I'm seeking info from y'all about plastic surgeons.  I'm in southeastern Ky.  I have an appointment on October 15 with Dr. W. Bryan Rogers, III in Ashland and would love to know if anyone has had surgery under him and their opinion of his work.  I'm just at a starting point...  trying to find the right surgeon, getting cost estimates, determining what I need done (and when). Any information on Dr. Rogers or any other plastic surgeon will be appreciated!  

LadyBee,  Dr. Rogers did a breast reduction/lift and a panni removal on me 12/06 and I would highly recommend him and his staff.  His work in my opinion was great.  I had my surgery on 15th and went home on the 16th.  I had follow-up visits with him for the next 6 months and never had any problems with my drains and have very little scarring.  He  used the on-Q pain pump on me and I loved it.  As long as you follow his instructions you''ll be very pleased with his work.  My insurance paid most of my surgery.  I'm not sure but I was probably out $1,000 total above what insurance didn't pay.  Hope this helps with your questions.  Good Luck!!

Hi LadyBee, My name is Kelly Smith and I had a tummy tuck on June 1.  My insurance paid for part of my tummy tuck but did not pay for relocating my belly button or tightening the muscles underneath. Well the Dr. I had done those things anyway and did not cahrge me for it. He also did electrolisis (permanent hair removal) for free on my scar because that area is moved up.
