Hey Missy, Thanks for posting this!! Yes I will congrulate Joy!!

I've been emailing her alot but I admit I haven't been on the board much lately

we all need to learn to be there for others because no one knows how we really feel but those of us who have gone through or plan to go through surgery. I'm so excited for her and everyone else who is up for surgery...I cannot wait for it to be my time as well! Thanks for reminding us!! Kellie

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
