Insurance - Case Closed
I spoke with Humana yesterday and it seems they have closed my case. 
I freaked out at first thinking it was a denial. Turns out they just needed more information and I guess its easier to close the case than to ask for what they need. 
Regardless, the surgeons office was great and we will fax everything else to them on Monday.
