I'm a paranoid idiot!

I am such an idiot. I really am.  My DH's VR (vasectomy reversal)  is next Wednesday. I've been reading up on Fertility Herbs and have read alot of good things about Amberoz. I just ordered a bottle for $75 which I have to cancel tomorrow because it has St John's Wort in it and Valerian Root and since my DH is on Zoloft he can't have these medicines. Ok, when I cancel this order first thing in the morning I'm giving up on these expensive meds. I've read on here about different herbs, vitamins. Can u guys give me a list of things u've heard about? I've gotten him a mens once a day multi vit, Vit E, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Zinc. Should I get Ginseng? I don't want to overload him on herbs. I'm just paranoid, worried, and scared and I guess desperate.  I want his little swimmers to be live and strong after his VR next week. What do u guys take?
