getting close

my surgery is 4 days awayand then i will be off and running to looser bench    i just want to take the time to praise god 4 the blessing that i am about to journey oni am soooooooooo    thankful 4 this chance to be healthier       but a lil scared   not too much..................................to god be the glory  i will be starting  the new year off right, finally..........god bless u all & have a blessed new year..........................ty  r ed

as they all said...you are in great hands!!  I am so sorry I can't be there for your big day!!  I am working tomorrow then leaving on Wed for Florida with my son and his wife...they had to twist my arm to make me come with them..I mean really, who needs 80 degree weather to start the New Year..!!!....they needed a babysitter for a couple of things going on next week....It's of course a real sacrifice...ahem..lol good luck and I will watch the boards to hear how you are doing..give Dr. Tom a big hug for me..he is such a sweetie!!

congrats  i feel its only normal to be scared,i always worry for everyone but everyone does great. i will be cheering you on. i agree with Jane your in great hands with dr.Tom. try tokeep busy and the time will fly for you.. but we are all here for you...

Good luck Wednesday Red!  You will do fine!  Dr. Sonnanstine is so great!  I am two weeks out today from my Lap RNY with Dr. Sonnanstine, and I feel great!  There is not near as much pain as I had expected, more like a pulling in the lower left abdomen than pain.  It gets better every day, and I have used only a couple of pain pills since I came home.  Can't wait to hear from you after your surgery.  Maureen 

Hey Maureen, how the heck are ya???? I had such a nice day with your family..so glad I could make it there for your big day....good to hear you are doing so well...we will have to plan a time to catch up on how you are doing...I should be back on the 13th, they want me to stay longer but my hubby will miss me way to much..lol
