I just got home awhile ago, and have been resting some. I just wanted to thank everyone for the calls and support messages I recieved!!! There were so many from the KY board!! Thanks again so much! I really am doing well, and not having any pain, so that makes it even better!!! Thanks again to all. I need to lie back down again, but I promise I will be back on here tomorrow. Have a wonderful New Years Eve!!!

Just a lil note to warn all pre and post ops. GET YOUR PROTEIN IN EVERYDAY!!! I have done rather crappy with mine since day 1 and I am paying dearly with VERY slow weight loss, major hair loss, and all out feelin like shit! PLEASE!!!! Follow your program's rules!!
